Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance our e-commerce offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document existing business processes to validate new requirements and recommendations.
  • Scope new/future features and possibly related business processes to deliver the best possible solution.
  • Proactively support and advise clients in solving e-commerce challenges.
  • Develop and manage detailed business and functional requirements (epic level).
  • Develop and manage detailed business and functional requirements (user story level) following INVEST principles.
  • Assist with grooming and estimation sessions.
  • Identify feature-based MVP and vertical slicing opportunities.
  • Manage scoping process and capture requirements in multi-stakeholder meetings.
  • Create feature-based process flows as part of the scoping process to clarify requirements/needs.
  • Create feature-related documentation.
  • Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project remains focused on the agreed scope and identify change requests.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
