Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver field service work efficiently to meet cost and time objectives.
  • Ensure optimal performance of TOMRA Food sorting machines.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, conducting necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer support processes.
  • Conduct installations and adjustments to TOMRA Food equipment as required.

The role requires a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, Automation, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in on-site preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting industrial customers.
  • Good understanding of IT, networking, and PC configuration.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with other languages welcome.
