Senior Crypto Arbitrage Trader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Crypto Arbitrage Trader to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As a key member of our trading team, you will be responsible for executing crypto arbitrage trades, monitoring FX and cryptocurrency markets, and developing trading strategies to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trading Operations: Execute crypto arbitrage trades, ensuring best execution practices to maximize returns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of global FX and cryptocurrency markets, including economic indicators, market trends, and geopolitical events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored trading solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and manage risks associated with arbitrage trading activities.
  • Team Leadership: Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading systems and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FX trading, with a proven track record of successful trading performance.
  • Proficiency in trading platforms, risk management tools, and market analysis software.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed trading decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate market views and trading strategies clearly.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of FX market regulations and compliance requirements.
