Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise a team of guest relations officers, night auditors, and duty managers to provide excellent service standards.
- Coordinate and prepare staff rosters to ensure effective coverage in guest relations, while maintaining high standards of conduct, uniform, language, and grooming.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star environment
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and think critically
- Proficiency in English
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, ensuring a seamless guest experience
