  2. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining a structured, well-coordinated care environment.
  3. Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold policies that enhance the standard of care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Resident Care: Develop and oversee individualized care plans, working closely with medical professionals to meet residents' physical, emotional, and medical needs.
  5. Crisis & Risk Management: Proactively address challenges, manage grievances, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  6. Administrative Excellence: Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with all medical and operational regulations.
