We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Acuity Consultants. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping and migrating data from various sources to an existing data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from different platforms into the data warehouse.
- Develop and maintain data models that support business reporting needs, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Utilizing SAP BI tools, structure data to enable the team to generate insights and create actionable reports.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
Requirements:
Tertiary degree in IT or a related field, or relevant IT Diploma.
At least 5 years of experience in a BI environment, with at least 2 years of experience using SAP BI technologies.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modelling concepts, including star schema and ETL processes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map disparate data sets to BI models.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
