  • Exposing and developing screens to achieve desired results.
  • Maintaining screens to ensure optimal performance.
  • Knowledge of mesh types and their applications to achieve specific finishes.
  • Setup and operation of automatic carousel machines.
  • Screen printing with various materials, including plastisol, PVC, PU, and silicone.
  • Mixing inks to achieve specific colors.
  • Storing liquids to maintain their shelf life.
  • Working extended hours during peak production periods.
  • Meeting tight deadlines and managing time effectively.
  • Minimizing raw material waste during the manufacturing process.
  • Working according to strict specifications and standard operating procedures.
  • Managing budget, time, and production constraints.
  • Preparing mock-ups for customer presentations.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and managing pressure.
  • Receiving and applying verbal and written instructions.
  • Monitoring and managing the production process.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
