The Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Content Creator and Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage our stakeholders and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: You will be responsible for creating high-quality content across various channels, including social media, websites, and printed materials.

  • Public Relations: You will manage and execute public relations campaigns to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, customers, and partners.

  • Brand Positioning: You will develop and implement effective brand positioning strategies to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Internal Communications: You will create and disseminate engaging internal communications to keep our employees informed and motivated.

  • External Communications: You will respond to media inquiries and provide information to external parties as needed.

  • Document Preparation: You will prepare and distribute high-quality documents, including press releases, reports, and presentations.

  • Project Management: You will coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

  • Personal Capability Building: You will participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in content creation, public relations, and brand management.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
