About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead our quality assurance and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards, as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  2. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and regulations.
  3. Manage and maintain records related to quality control and assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • South African Pharmacy Council registration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
