Key ResponsibilitiesInsider Trading Reviews
- Monitor significant share price reactions in real-time.
- Review price-sensitive company announcements.
- Presentation of referral documentation to the FSCA.
- Provide ongoing support until investigation completion.
Price Manipulation Reviews
- Conduct reviews of prohibited trading practices allegations.
- Review and sign-off market abuse alerts.
- Quarterly alert optimisation reviews.
- Real-time monitoring of share price reactions.
- Presentation of referral documentation to the FSCA.
- Ongoing support during investigations.
Derivative Profit and Loss Reviews
- Execute derivative profit and loss reviews.
- Adjudicate error trades across asset classes.
- Execution of all surveillance processes according to agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Financial or Quantitative Field (Maths, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Big Data).
- 5 years' experience preferably in market surveillance.
- Market surveillance experience from another exchange is advantageous.
