Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Financial Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting in the day-to-day store maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer by responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  2. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, checks, and other payment methods with precision.
  3. Contribute to the successful operation of the store by indirectly assisting with ticketing of products, checking paperwork against items received, and maintaining inventory levels.
  4. Support the visual merchandising efforts by assisting in the development of displays of merchandise or following suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency with the point-of-sale system by acquiring system utilization skills and staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
  6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring integrity and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  7. Utilize selling techniques such as add-on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting them in finding the right product, and creating a positive shopping experience.
  9. When needed, serve as a Greeter at the front door during busy workdays, setting a warm and welcoming tone for the store.
  10. Maintain general housekeeping standards and safeguard Company assets, demonstrating responsibility and a commitment to excellence.

  2. The ability to use initiative effectively, taking proactive steps to achieve goals and improve processes.
  3. Clear and upbeat communication skills, conveying enthusiasm and energy through verbal and non-verbal interactions.
  4. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, helping during weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  5. Prior fashion retail experience is highly valued but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
