A strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills, the Senior Legal Counsel will safeguard the company's interests while enabling business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic legal advice to relevant business divisions on commercial contracts, property, and employment law.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to ensure favourable terms and mitigate legal risks.
  3. Ensure business divisions comply with local and international regulations, including food safety standards, consumer protection laws, and environmental regulations.
  4. Manage and resolve disputes and litigation, representing Bind-X Gmbh in negotiations, arbitrations, and court proceedings as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with the HR department on employment law matters, including dispute resolution.

  7. Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance working environment.
