The Specialised Managerial Consultant will provide quality guidance, support and coaching to the managers of Kaelo Lifestyle clients engaging in our programme. The consultant will be responsible for managing formal referrals and providing valuable insights to enhance managerial skills.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Conducting managerial assessments when managers formally refer employees into our EAP.
  2. Providing feedback, guidance, coaching and support to the manager during the referral process.
  3. Supplying managers with tools and techniques to effectively manage difficult employees.
  4. Assisting managers in dealing with various challenges related to their roles.
  5. Guiding and coaching around leadership, management and soft skills required for successful management.
  6. Logging case notes on all interactions with clients on the EAP system.
Required Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required: A minimum of 5 years experience in EAP or related counselling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Telephonic counselling experience is desirable.
