Job Overview
Spar Group Limited seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Sponsorship Controller to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Events (Sponsorship) Controller and Inland Advertising & Promotions Manager, ensuring seamless execution of events and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks for the Sponsorship department, including handling logistics and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Oversee event registration, attendee tracking, and stock control, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, retailers, and internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support all sponsorship-related initiatives and events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with AS400/SSBU, SAP, and SharePoint is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours are required.
