As an Investment Regional Manager, you will craft and execute a business plan that supports the strategic objectives of Momentum Distribution Services (MDS). Your primary goal will be to build meaningful relationships with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) and drive key business outcomes through the sale of relevant Momentum products.

The ideal candidate will possess a BCom degree in fields such as Investment Management, Financial Planning, or Business Management, and have strong knowledge of the investment industry and Momentum Investment products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading a team of consultants to maximize their outputs and reach performance targets
  • Developing and executing the business plan outlined by MDS for the respective region
  • Setting and upholding performance standards in the team to continuously attract new IFAs
  • Ensuring profitable growth in sales & revenue and great service delivery

We are looking for a talented individual who can create a high-performance culture, facilitate learning and development, and drive sound financial and corporate governance practices.
