Job Description:

The Corporate Legal Specialist will be responsible for assisting with corporate matters, including drafting and arranging the execution of corporate documents, opening corporate bank accounts, and handling periodic compliance reviews of group companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, such as articles of association, shareholder agreements, and board resolutions;
  • Draft and arrange the execution of corporate documents, including powers of attorney, indemnities, and other contractual agreements;
  • Open and manage corporate bank accounts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly;
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews of group companies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors;
  • Provide support with various ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably in a similar role;
  • A law degree (LLB) and advanced degree a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results in a dynamic environment;
