Profile Personnel is a well-established company based in East London, seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional who can design, implement, and facilitate effective learning programs that cater to the needs of our diverse workforce. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to create engaging training content, delivering training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, and taking ownership of our new Learning Management System (LMS).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about learning and development. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Training Program Design and Delivery: Create engaging training content using best practice learning methodologies, develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content.
  • Training Administration: Coordinate training events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials, manage training calendars and registration systems, and handle SETA administration.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness, adjust programs as needed, monitor training completion rates and track training hours, and provide regular reports on L&D metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, managers, and employees to identify training needs, build strong relationships with internal teams to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Track training budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness, optimize resources to achieve maximum impact.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Knowledge of SETA processes and regulations.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
