Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing the delivery of transportation and logistics services to our customers. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Logistics or Courier environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Financial, Operational, HR, and IR Skills are essential.
  • Excellent admin skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the LRA and BCEA.
  • Must have a valid, unendorsed Code 08 drivers license.
  • Must have own reliable transport.
  • Be able to work overtime / shifts should it be needed.
  • Flexible to travel.
  • Able to attend client meetings.
