About the Role

The Senior Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for addressing student queries, dealing with assessment and graduation issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to liaise with relevant staff members to resolve complex issues and provide support to students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Address student queries and concerns related to assessment, graduation, registration, certificates, admissions, accounts, and other student-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and resolutions using the IIE Assist system
  • Channel unresolved queries to relevant staff for further investigation and resolution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of two to three years of working experience in administration and operations in an education environment
  • Call Centre experience is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
