  • Our QA team members reproduce issues on test environments, restore and mount PostgreSQL database dumps to investigate customer-specific bugs, extend tickets with additional details, and escalate to Development for resolution.
  • Once resolved, we verify that bug fixes work as expected and update changelogs accordingly.
Feature Testing and Release Preparation
  • We collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand new features and create comprehensive manual test cases for all new features.
  • Our team performs end-to-end testing based on test cases, conducts full application testing before each minor or major release, and documents test results.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HTTPS, REST, and JSON, as well as experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
