Role Summary:

As a Pastoral Mentor, you will work closely with our students, teachers, and families to promote social-emotional growth and academic achievement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to students with SEN, addressing their unique needs and fostering a sense of belonging within the school community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN
  2. Contribute to the development of a comprehensive curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles
  3. Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure seamless student support
  4. Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
