Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and test CCTV systems and alarm systems, including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, sensors, control panels, electric fences, gate motors, and other related equipment.
- Perform wiring, cable management, and system integration for both CCTV and alarm installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to both CCTV and alarm systems, including camera performance, sensor malfunctions, and network connectivity.
- Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and system checks to ensure the proper functioning of CCTV and alarm systems.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding operational queries, system usage, and troubleshooting advice.
