Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to the maintenance and service department. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Generating quotes for customers on behalf of the maintenance and service department.
  2. Scheduling technicians for daily services and breakdowns.
  3. Finalizing quotes register for the month.
  4. Facilitating customer complaints and queries, ensuring they are followed through and communicating results to customers.
  5. Ensuring that the team achieves predetermined targets.
  6. Fostering and maintaining dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work, ensuring timely feedback/communication to customers.
  7. Processing Service Agreements (as required), processing invoices, creating order numbers, and updating records on Kerridge system.
  8. Assisting the team leader to chase up on order numbers and following through with order numbers to proceed with jobs.
  9. Providing scheduled (monthly, weekly, and daily) and ad-hoc reports as requested by department manager and/or product support engineer/foreman.
  10. General administrative duties (following up with customers for order numbers on abuse repairs, typing of quotations, filing, reports, etc.).
