Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team at Elixirr Digital. As an AI Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, optimizing, and deploying advanced algorithms that power key AI capabilities.


Key Responsibilities



  • Research, design, and develop core AI algorithms to enhance the intelligence and capabilities of our systems
  • Build and implement NLP models to extract insights and improve user experience
  • Optimize algorithms for scalability, performance, and accuracy to support efficient deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our products
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of models, refining them based on feedback and new data to maintain peak accuracy and relevance
  • Lead or contribute to AI-related research initiatives and innovation projects, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning to keep our solutions on the cutting edge

Requirements


We are looking for someone with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms, with a solid understanding of core principles. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in AI and ML libraries is required. Familiarity with neural networks, data structures, and algorithm design to support advanced model development is also necessary.


Bonus Points



  • Experience with NLP frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers, to enhance NLP solutions
  • Experience developing custom large language models for specialized applications
