You will create and execute customized account plans to drive business growth, increase penetration and market share, and deliver exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Create strategic customer account plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse customer needs and develop targeted value propositions.
- Set sales growth targets and develop tactical plans to achieve them.
- Expand the existing customer base by identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- Increase penetration and market share through product usage.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of AVBOB's value proposition.
- Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plans to establish and maintain client relationships.
**Client Service:**
- Conduct routine visits with key customers to discuss plans and business deliverables.
- Be available to address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Be knowledgeable about AVBOB products and services to provide accurate advice.
- Understand principles of creating an excellent tailor-made customer experience.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum five years' experience in business development and account management.
- Strong sales and account management background.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Team management and development skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Tactical plan development and project management skills.
