**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Create strategic customer account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse customer needs and develop targeted value propositions.
  • Set sales growth targets and develop tactical plans to achieve them.
  • Expand the existing customer base by identifying and acquiring new accounts.
  • Increase penetration and market share through product usage.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness of AVBOB's value proposition.
  • Implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) plans to establish and maintain client relationships.

**Client Service:**

  • Conduct routine visits with key customers to discuss plans and business deliverables.
  • Be available to address customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Be knowledgeable about AVBOB products and services to provide accurate advice.
  • Understand principles of creating an excellent tailor-made customer experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum five years' experience in business development and account management.
  • Strong sales and account management background.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
