Job Overview

As a Blended Learning Facilitator at SPARK Schools, you will play a critical role in delivering our transformative education model to students. Your primary responsibilities will include managing online learning environments, collaborating with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans, and ensuring seamless integration of technology into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and inclusive online learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement project-based learning initiatives that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Ensure effective use of educational technology to support teaching and learning, including the management of online resources and tools.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and achievements.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as an educator.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education, preferably in a blended learning environment.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology and its applications in the classroom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a focus on student success.
