About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Hollywoodbets. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic objectives for learning or performance for students and instructors.
• Develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts, department heads and trainers to create the best coursework possible.
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.
• Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/ Degree or studying towards.
• 5 Years of Instructional design experience.
