We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing the receipt, storage, configuration (including firmware/software), quality control and shipping of stock.

- Manage Warehouse in compliance with OPTRON Group's policies & procedures.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies on all warehouse, International & Local shipping and stock requirements.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly as agreed with COO (IN/OUT status report, obsolete stock report, MANCO report, etc).
- Drive feedback and monitoring of stock and service quality.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, stock levels and maintenance of operations for all OPTRON Group's offices.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Understanding the company's business & products to meet stock requirements.
- Maintain stock bin/locations in cooperation with Segment Managers/General Managers as defined [segment separation, demo, RMA's].
- Effective control over POD's and customs forms in terms of process and procedure.
- Arrange checking of demo kits.
- Manage movements of stock– in & outbound ensuring reduced costs of holding stock while meeting customer demand.
- Manage invoicing to keep track of products for inventory control, as well as to verify the received quantity, items, and update inventory.
- Facilitate over-the-counter sales in cooperation with sales coordinators.
- Prepare and manage Warehouse annual budget.
- To manage the receipt, storage, configuration (including firmware/software), quality control and shipping of stock to optimise sales while adhering to set standards of accountability.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve stock management and reduce costs.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock levels and movements.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
