We are seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to join our Insure, Broker Distribution team in the Trucking Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing windscreen and breakdown claims, as well as yard administration queries.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate and investigate fast track claims to prevent possible leakage to the company.
- Maintain high levels of service to customers and internal stakeholders according to service level agreements.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to brokers and other external parties.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external parties, responding to queries within 24 hours.
- Register all windscreen and mechanical breakdown claims received within 24 hours of receipt.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
