We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transportation Specialist to join our team at AJ Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.

• Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations safely
• Assist with general office support duties
• Test new drivers for studies and unit
• Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas
• Keep the vehicles clean and carry out the necessary checks
• Keep mileage records and repair records up to date
• Ensure vehicles are always fueled and ready for use
• Assist with assessing and reporting faults on all unit vehicles
• Report any vehicle faults, repairs, or accidents timely
• Operate the vehicle with care and consideration to other road users
• Liaise with management for daily transport schedule
• Complete relevant vehicle usage forms in accordance with policy
• Transport patients safely to and from destinations
• Transport staff for home visit purposes when required
• Obey traffic rules at all times
• Provide any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

• Matric
• Valid drivers' license
• At least 1 year experience

• Self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure including odd hours when necessary
• Good relating skills
• Time conscious
• Sound knowledge of the entire suburb of Soweto is an added advantage
