**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Logistics Broker to join our team at Agricoal. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of loads, developing new business opportunities, and extending our current business sales portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submission of correct FICA documentation for new and old applications as per company policy.
  • Approval of new clients for Credit Guarantee Insurance Cover with an approved limit before registration on Logistics Information System.
  • Maintenance of adherence to Credit Guarantee Insurance Cover limits and avoidance of exceeding approved limits.
  • Submission of new stock and contract tonnages to broker assistants and updates onto daily/weekly stock sheet.
  • Accurate and timely handling of broker-related queries.
  • Daily booking and execution of brokered loads on the Logistics Information System.
  • Acknowledgment and response to client and transporter queries and feedback.
  • Responding to calls during working hours and after hours in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolution of queries within a two-day time frame from receipt from admin personnel.
  • Development of new business opportunities and recruitment of new transporters.
  • Maintenance of weekly business schedules and client/transporter relationships.
