Job Summary

We're seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable Junior IT Technician to join our team at The Bay Hotel, located in the heart of Camps Bay. As a key member of our IT team, you'll oversee, design, and implement systems to ensure a stable IT infrastructure is implemented and maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement systems to ensure a stable IT infrastructure
  • Oversee and maintain existing systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Matric certification
  • Microsoft Certification or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
