- Direct the Schools Marketing & sales strategy for the Campus to receive enquiries.
- Plan and execute events at the campus to generate exposure and enquiries.
- Oversee the sales process at the Campus.
- Manage enrolment database spreadsheet processes.
- Effectively convert leads into sales.
- Process Application Fees and Course Deposits.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve their sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for extra revenue and new business generation.
Financial Management:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and processes within the campus.
- Maximize profits by effectively managing the Campus finances.
- Set and track financial targets for the Campus.
- Regularly report on financial variances.
- Manage income and expenditure on a monthly basis.
- Control budgets.
- Manage petty cash, banking, and credit card controls.
- Oversee all Campus costs.
- Effective debtors management and bad debt collection.
- Order ingredients within allocated budgets.
- Register students for City & Guilds Exams.
- Manage assets and ensure they are properly controlled.
Facilities and Systems Administration:
- Maintain facilities that meet Health and Safety standards.
- Negotiate with external suppliers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies' standards.
- Monitor and evaluate lesson plans and quality of education.
- Adhere to the Academic Calendar and study schedules.
- Keep POEs and POAs updated according to schedules.
- Conduct audits and monitor outcomes.
- Evaluate lecturers to improve teaching quality.
- Manage learner master spreadsheets.
- Ensure campus staff, students, and equipment comply with Health and Safety regulations.
- Manage industry placement handbooks.
- Comply with stock control procedures.
- Minimize risks by following proper cancellation processes.
Staff Management and Development:
- Regularly review and update staff's goal setting.
- Provide performance coaching on a monthly basis.
- Identify and address training needs.
- Track staff performance against set goals.
- Create a positive work environment promoting high performance and addressing underperformance.
Social Responsibility and Community Engagement:
- Encourage participation in community projects and CSI initiatives.
- Participate in Capsicum wellness initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Create a customer-centric culture among staff, students, parents, industry, and suppliers.
- Collect customer feedback through various channels.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints.
- Enhance student life experiences on campus.
