Ophthalmology Practice Support:

We're looking for a highly organized and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our client's team in Alberton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day front-desk operations, including patient interactions and phone calls
  • Coordinated appointment scheduling and confirmation processes
  • Maintains confidentiality, handles sensitive information, and performs administrative tasks
  • Ensures seamless communication among medical staff and patients

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a medical receptionist
  • Prior experience in an ophthalmology setting or related field is desirable
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS)
