About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Engineer to join our team at 3E. As a key member of our consultancy team, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and project management skills to drive the success of our solar PV and wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough technical feasibility studies for solar PV and wind energy projects, including site assessments and technical due diligence.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular project reporting to clients and stakeholders, including follow-up reporting and technical updates.
  • Contract Review: Review and analyze contracts, including EPC, O&M, PPA, and WTG supply contracts, to ensure compliance and optimal project outcomes.
  • Energy Yield Calculations: Perform energy yield calculations using industry-recognized software tools and internal processes.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections before, during, and after construction to ensure project quality and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent through experience (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in solar PV and wind energy projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with technical due diligence on solar and wind projects, including contract review and analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and communication styles.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English.
