Strategic Financial Leader for Luxury Retail

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our client's luxury retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert financial management and oversight of cross-border transactions and multiple currencies.
  • To ensure compliance with customs and import/export regulations, as well as intercompany loan principles and consignment stock management.
  • To work closely with the team to implement effective inventory and VAT management practices.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports using systems such as Xero, Excel (advanced), and SEA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in CA (SA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in cross-border transactions and multiple currencies.
  • Familiarity with customs and import/export regulations an advantage.
  • Experience in intercompany loan principles and consignment stock management highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of VAT for inventory and consignment stock beneficial.
