Job Overview

The Business Bank Credit Leadership Role is a critical position within our organization. As a leader in credit risk management, you will be responsible for driving business growth while ensuring the stability of our credit operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage the credit function by ensuring that the quality of credit risks across the regions aligns with the Bank's risk appetite.
  • Integrate and manage the credit function by minimizing the risk of loss through bad debts while maximizing profits and applying risk-based pricing.
  • Evaluate, manage and monitor the credit and associated risks within a complex and high value portfolio.
Requirements

Minimum:

  • At least 3 years' experience at Senior Management Level.
  • 7 years Credit Management experience, within the Commercial and Business markets.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Ideal:

  • 3+ years' experience at Senior Management Level.
  • 7+ years Credit Management experience, within the Commercial and Business markets.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Financial Accounting or Credit Management.
