Excellence in Service Delivery:



  • Ensure adherence to the company's Safe Work and ISO-related procedures.
  • Maintain quality standards in your area of responsibility, verifying the quality of products received from the warehouse before delivery to customers.
  • Accurately identify customer accounts and provide correct invoices.
  • Promptly capture customer orders upon receipt and inform them about availability and collection timelines.
  • Assist the warehouse team in picking parts to meet customer demand.
  • Deliver quick and efficient service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide parts-related information, ensuring effective resolutions.
  • Ensure completion of RFI check sheets for new and cash sale customers (including serial number and product location).
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding relevant policies and procedures that may benefit them.
  • Follow up on all quotes that were not converted to sales to understand the reasons for non-conversion.
  • Coordinate with relevant team members on backorders to provide customers with firm ETA dates.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are met to achieve commission as per Group policy.
  • Be available for standby and overtime as required.
