Job Summary:
The CT Scan Supervisor is responsible for leading personnel, financial, and daily operations of the CT Scan Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in radiology and imaging, with a strong background in supervising teams and managing departmental operations.
About the Role:
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of the CT Scan Department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead personnel management, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Manage departmental finances, including budgeting and cost control.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ARRT certification and State of FL Radiologic Technologist licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in radiology and imaging, with leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
