  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as familiarity with regulatory requirements and international standards.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the risk management framework, policies, and procedures across the bank.
  • This also involves supporting the identification and assessment of risks within the enterprise and operational risk categories, facilitating risk reporting, and contributing to the development and implementation of controls, risk indicators, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CISA) is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in risk assessment and reporting tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior management.
