The primary responsibility is to enforce our subcontractor management policy through thorough vetting, assessing each provider's quality, reputation, insurance coverage, business continuity plans, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

By proactively managing these areas, we reduce risks associated with subcontractor relationships, protecting our company's reputation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vetting Process
    • Enforce subcontractor management policy through thorough vetting processes.
    • Assess providers' quality, reputation, insurance coverage, business continuity plans, and compliance.
  2. Compliance Administration
    • Become an expert on vendor management policies and related processes.
    • Support colleagues and provide practical approaches to vendor compliance.
    • Work closely with Business Operations management for direction.
    • Act as a liaison between teams including legal, risk, and compliance.
    • Track due diligence and compliance processes, maintaining compliance logs, records, trackers, and approval processes.
  3. Provider Vetting Coordination
    • Determine vetting priority lists based on the global watchlist, global additions, and business needs.
    • Conduct vetting of countries on the priority list.
    • Review and document vetting progress with regions on a monthly basis.
