**Responsibilities**: This unique and highly dynamic role requires a self-motivated database analyst capable of designing, creating, testing and deploying custom business solutions. This position requires an individual who is passionate about all aspects of computer technology, ranging from server configuration, database development and scripting programs using javascript. This role provides opportunities to work on a large variety of projects utilizing technology in creative / innovative ways.

This role will involve:

- Coordinate new data development ensuring consistency and integration with existing database structure.
- Create and maintain data documentation that allows the data to be understood and leveraged for multiple uses
- Understand and translate data requirements into data models, data stores, data warehouses and data marts
- Ensure the data designs follow architectural directions
- Ensure the design reflects the business rules
- Facilitate data integration, data conformity and data integrity
- Ensure data structures are designed for flexibility to support business needs and enhancements
- Analyze and determine information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow and storage requirements, and data output and reporting capabilities.
- Participate in the design, maintenance, enhancement, coding, and administration of databases.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics or Financial Planning and Analysis
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized
- Highly analytic
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly driven, independent and self-motivated

Pay: R478 299,00 per year
