Dealership Concierge

A well-established dealership in
**Durban South, KwaZulu Natal** is looking for a
**Concierge** to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to plan, implement and facilitate customer experience strategies to contribute towards the achievement of the dealerships customers experience objectives by the development and implementation of robust loyalty and conquest/ prospect communication programs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent
- Min 3-years marketing / automotive/ hospitality customer experience
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of CRM systems and processes

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with customer complaints and queries
- Ensuring that customers received feedback regarding the query in an acceptable amount of time
- Managing the customer board document for the dealership
- Internal customer board meeting to be discussed with management weekly
- Bi-weekly meeting with Aftersales department discussing
- customer concerns and challenges
- Planning, implementing and facilitating any marketing / dealer activations in/ out of the dealership
- Hosting events
- Management of Digital Sales Platforms
- Managing and scheduling appointments
- Meeting and greeting customers
