- _Minimum 2 years experience in demand planning, procurement, supply chain management, preferably within the fashion accessory industry_
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams_
- _Oversee inventory levels to optimise stock levels and minimise excess inventory_
- _Source and procure materials, components, and finished goods from domestic and international suppliers_
- _Coordinate with manufacturing partners to develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts_
- _Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and enforce quality standards_
- _Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans_
- _Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics_
- _Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively_
- _A proactive approach to problem-solving_
- _Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand and identify trends_
