FrontSeat Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking experienced Super Mentors for its Kwazulu Natal team on the North and South Coast. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

**Primary Job Function And Purpose**:
Delivering on the client's objectives and performance targets while maintaining brand integrity in the informal channel within responsibility parameters.

**Tasks and Duties**

To ensure that mentors follow their tactical plans, it is necessary to:

- Ensure that mentors are working with the full agent headcount.
- Monitor whether mentors are scanning sim stock to agents.
- Conduct spot checks on mentors if they are recon agents.
- Resolve any issues that affect performance on the ground.
- Provide weekly insights.
- Encourage effective teamwork and self-management.
- Foster relationship building.

**Required Qualifications**:
Applicants should have obtained a,
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification, as well as tertiary education in the teaching or training-related field.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Relevant working experience in the cellular or similar industry would be advantageous.
- Possession of own reliable car and driver's license is required.

Remuneration: Basic Salary and Commission Structure (will be discussed in the interview)
