We are an exciting fast paced company looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer who loves a challenge to oversee our organization's ongoing operations and procedures.

The CCO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader, who is an entrepreneur at heart. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we'd love to meet you.

The goal of the CCO position is to oversee all aspects of the company's sales team, strategies and plans.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- The entire management function of the company
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Reaching profitability targets as defined by company strategy
- Project and budget management
- Timely and accurate reporting (commercial and operational performance)
- Operations management, including driving efficiency with management
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Defining sales objectives and driving the team to achieve targets
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with external suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduate Qualification
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in a senior management role where performance was measured by various targets
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Sales, Tech, Marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Experience in the retail sector
- Excellent negotiation skills
