**Job description**
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits.

Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documentation, in accordance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certifications are desirable.

Proven experience in payroll management and human resources functions, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices, employment laws, and HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent understanding of benefits administration, leave management, and employment tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate HR-related information.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in payroll and HR management.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 per month
