Our supermarket based in Phoenix is looking for four warehouse assistants to join the receiving warehouse department. As a warehouse assistant you are required to ensure that stock in the warehouse is managed properly and the warehouse is always in neat condition

**Duties and responsibilities**

Receive goods and distribution of goods - Offloads the trucks, conduct pallet counts, issue out stock to merchandisers

Store and replenishment of stock - draw stock from the yard to replenish at the store

Processing of damaged goods - receives and sorts out damaged goods, if goods are not usable, scan goods and return to supplier

Clean and maintain the receiving and warehouse area - ensure that the receiving and warehouse area is clean and sanitized on a constant basis.

Effective receiving and distribution - ensure that the receiving is always cleared out

Effective Storage and replenishment of stock - ensure goods are stored in the allocated areas and there are no shortages and overstocks

Processing of damaged good - ensure damaged goods are scanned by description and quantity

**Requirements**:
Grade 12

Good communication skills

Good organisation skills

A code 10 drivers license is not essential but will be advantageous

Market related salary

**Experience**:
