Sales Consultant

Being a Sales Consultant, you represent Vodacom. You will provide customers with personalised interactions. You will deliver excellent customer service whilst being courteous and having full knowledge of the Vodacom's products and services. In todays environment, being customer focused takes on a whole new meaning, it is more than just service with a smile. Your ability to provide customers with an effortless experience whilst meeting key objectives and sales goals will be rewarded. You need to have a passion for sales and be hungry to make targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- New contract sales and up selling on upgrades
- Sim swops and handling customer queries
- Fibre sales
- Meet and exceed all sales targets
- Identify clients needs and respond to them
- Improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Insure every customer receives the best customer service experience

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month
