Flexographic Printer

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Flexographic Printer to join our client's team. As a Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications
- Load and unload materials and ensure proper alignment
- Mix ink colors and adjust ink density as needed
- Monitor printing process to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform regular quality checks on printed materials
- Make adjustments to printing plates and machine settings as necessary
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operating issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating flexographic printing presses
- Excellent knowledge of flexographic printing processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and printing instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues
- Good mathematical and measurement skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
